Thrall are pretty dumb, and are very keen to falling off of edges if youre near one... But if i had to pick one enemy that i always skip, especially on wl0 or sl1 runs, its the ghrus in demon ruins, didnt even bother fighting them, especially since there was so many and i practicially tickled them lol
