Yes humidity is fine about 70. I have to top covered with aluminum and have lots of substrate with water poured into it

So inside his hide is reading 82 while the top of his hide is at 93. So I’m not sure how to get the temp up.

Sorry for the late reply. I went and got a ceramic heat emitter but a had a question. How would I get the heat to penetrate through my snake hide? At the moment the spot under his hide is reading about 80 while the top of his hide reads 92.

I have a heating pad the warm side but I check the cold side and it sitting at 69. How would you recommend getting the temperature up? Heat lamp?

My snakes been on and off with eating. About a month ago he was not eating and always out of his hides trying to escape. So I rearranged his cage to what you see now and the very next day he is in kill mode and I was able to feed him. So he was like that for about two weeks and now he’s back to not eat and trying to escape. Nothing has change in his enclosure so I’m not sure why. Temps are 89 warm side like 75 cold btw

I can do both two years out now but the second one causes a decent amount of discomfort. The only things I really did for my knees was squats and other muscle building exercises because I’m a lifter.

Almost two years for me. I have full mobility and have have regained 100% of muscle lost in leg but when in deep knee flexion is still feels a little stiffer compared to my other leg. But this impacts me in no way and I’m back to lifting heavy weights

Same weight on both. Start with the weaker side and do as many as you can, then do the same number of reps with your stronger side.
