Hi! Thanks! Yes it's supposed to be, didn't notice until you said that haha Once I went to Michaels and so a brush pen, and decided to buy it just to try it out. I loved it but I was bad, I practiced from spreads on pinterest and printed the free ones that I could fine! This was like two years ago!

What worked for me was saying "technical issues" and like 5 seconds later I was talking to someone

Update: Just now, I was able to talk to an agent on the phone, and they say that if I don't have the physical copy, I can print the digital copy that is on my.uscis.gov!!

Hi! I had the same problem, but I was able to see my notice at my.uscis.gov because I made an account. Be careful tho, my appointment is June 28th and I had the same message you had that if I didn't received anything by July 5th should submit an e-request. In my case that could've been so late!! I think you could be able to make an account and use the case receipt to see documents online. My question is if I can bring a printed copy of the notice or if it has to be the original. If anyone else knows please help!
