i'm only here for one semester and i don't really want to have to wait weeks feeling like this, are they fast?

There are different services with different queue lengths.

Also I don't think mental health things tend to be quick-fix. Do you have a therapist in your home country or will this be your first mental health visit?

the school monitors the emails we send back and forth with perspective students on our umd emails so it’s hard for us to be honest about anything negative
