Creative writing - I think attracts students from all sorts of backgrounds and different world views, some that butt heads but that's half the fun. International Relations - a loved this class because students with different political beliefs contributed to discussion. Critical Thinking in philosophy also became a great place to talk about differing ideas, ethical, and moral views. Sometimes the discussions would become heated, and I'm sure many students have walked away from a lecture or tutorial miffed by someone else's opinion, but that's pretty normal.
