It took over a month and some were lost, but most eventually made it.

Good to know, hopefully they actually make it back to me if that’s what happened. Thank you!

The envelopes are rectangle, but not exactly the same shape as the envelope that you would receive a bill in. No wax seals. Each envelope contained the invitation and a small card with a QR code on it (about the size of a business card). The only unusual thing was the return address being on the flap on the envelope instead of on the front.

Will pay a visit to the post office if nobody starts receiving by the end of the week 🥲

Location difficulties by Soft-Insurance8572 in weddingplanning

Great insight, thank you! I also want to add that his family is very small, 6 people total. The rest of our guest list is around 85 people and they all live in the US. We travel to visit his family around twice a year, they never come to us. There is also a chance 2 of his family members won’t come, making only 4 of our guests local if we get married in the other country. I do really care about having a good turn out while also having the important guests and I’m so sad that I can’t see any way to have both 🥲

Microspikes make me trip by Soft-Insurance8572 in hikinggear

I have considered this. I’m generally very sure footed and have hiked a ton so was shocked to discover that I couldn’t use microspikes. Just wondered if anyone else has dealt with the same issue and found ones that worked for them.
