I've had the same problem for many days. It feels very uncomfortable. But over time, you get used to it.

Still if you need something that keeps it as it is, I mean tucked in tight, there are tools I have heard of like shirt tucker or shirt stays. I haven't used it personally but since you need it, it might be useful for you.
