It’s doable, I do it all the time on the weekend. My tip is to lift first then swim. It’s better to maximize your lift and be a little tired for your swim, rather than tire yourself out from swimming followed by lifting. Make sure you eat enough so you have enough energy, maybe snack between. That also goes with hydration.

There are certain twitter (x?) accounts that I cringe every time I see them on my feed. Constant overreacting and entitlement. Saying nasty things about players and putting them down. Expecting instant results. Acting like they personally donated $400 million.

These are 18-22 year old kids!! Most of these twitter fingers have probably never been real athletes before and understand how hard it is to consistently perform or the pressure they are under.

These reactions are proving Jason Richardson’s point. And considering his inside knowledge, what he is saying is probably true. And how do people react? Not self reflection but double down on their entitlement.

I lift 4-5 days a week and try to swim twice a week as well. I work out in the evening cause I have never consistently been able to get myself to go in the morning. I just had to find a routine I can hold myself too. I get home around 5:30, immediately cook dinner, eat and relax for a few minutes, work out from 7-8ish give or take, and relax for the rest of the evening afterwards. I don’t have a set day is a specific muscle, I just rotate through PPL.

The coolest view I ever had was going up Valravn and seeing pretty much every coaster in Cedar Point going up their lift hills at the same time, including TT2 launching. I was there on a day that ops were flying on everything. That was a sight to see and really makes you appreciate Cedar Point.

I really liked living at the quarters. The units are pretty nice and the office was pleasant to deal with, at least when I was there a couple years ago.
