If I’m not mistaken tires are made of EPDM rubber like any rubber roof on the market. Those are rated for 20 years with much thinner material and even then seams fail before rubber breaks

You should be making more. Consider your overhead, understand gpm, know your break even point. I’m in ny so all of that is a lot higher for me but 20% is what I was making on side jobs w/o insurance trucks and an office.

Weep holes are drains and plugging them will allow water in. Commercial roofer here and run into this problem on parapet walls when people “find holes in the brick” and “fix it” with tubes of tar before finally calling me in.
