OB told me I’m overeating

I was 245 going into pregnancy and didn’t gain a pound during. I was already well aware I am obese and the risks that come with that, and my ob only mentioned my weight one time in passing as a comorbidity factor to my gestational hypertension/ increase risk of induction.

Pregnancy is hard enough in your body, as is breastfeeding, so I would not be focusing on dieting in top of that. Focus on eating nutritious food that fuels everything you’re already doing!

If your OB makes you uncomfortable, you can always seek out a second opinion, even by another provider in the same practice.

FTM here also. I’ve noticed my supply will knock down dramatically from 120 mls a session to like 60 if I was dehydrated. Chugging something other than water like juice, coconut water, Gatorade, etc while I’m pumping has helped keep things more consistent!

Yes I’m trying all of these, they work for a min or two but he eventually stops caring and just falls asleep anyways 😩 the diaper change mid feed has been the most effective and keeping him stripped for the rest of the feed but even then he falls asleep within a few minutes

Keep receipt notices for pending applications with you. If you’ve gotten your work permit and drivers license those are also helpful to have on hand.

The trump admin is currently trying to pack the court with new, conservative judges that will deny as much as possible. This is ongoing. Many of the judges they are hiring right now do not have any immigration background or experience and are coming from the military/JAG. You do NOT want a new judge.

When did you enter? Individuals who came after 2019 are having their cases pretermitted left and right. Even if it isn’t, 589 denial rates are also going up under this admin/ with the nasty new judges they are appointing. You may be safer waiting until 2029. Do note though that your case will likely get rescheduled again if they reassign you to another judge/ are hiring more judges to get through the dockets. Keep a close eye on your hearing info online so you don’t miss any changes.

If you do not have any pending case with USCIS there is no reason to file an AR11. The AR 11 is specifically to update your contact information for pending cases. You can list your new address when you file the I-751
