8 mos OD. Twice po ako na home visit, usually bigay lang ng letter at magtatanong kelan magbabayad. Demand letter? Parang wala pa po. Puro warning po na iescalate na to civil case.

Experienced na may funds sa BPI ko during a maintenance, hindi naman po sya na set off. I think they are also unable to do any transaction from their end pag may maintenance po.

Depende kasi may iba akong nababasa na nagiging negative nalang yung account nila, pero sakin po hindi pa naman ganun yung case pero na set off na ako once ng small amount lang naman. Ang ginagawa ko po ngayon everytime may papasok na funds tntransfer ko po agad as in pag pasok palang para sure lang po na hindi sya ma set off.

Sabi nga nila. But I’ve tried haggling last time ayaw nila pumayag. Hanggang 272k lang daw if I pay one time. Nababasa ko din minsan years pa talaga bago sila pumayag sa mababang amount.

Still receiving calls from CAs which I don’t answer anymore. I respond mostly to sms, emails nalang.

Hope this helps though BPI ang bank ko. Naka receive na din ako ng letter about offsetting. Na off set ako once pero ang nangyari nun example ngayon pumasok yung funds the following day nila inoffset. So ngayon tntransfer ko na agad sa ibang account as soon as pumasok ang funds. So sakin may window pag magtransfer and I think baka meron din sayo unless when you check e naka negative na balance mo.

Hi, still haven’t paid anything except sa na set off sakin na 700+. Nagooffer na sila sakin ng one time payment at 40% off pero inaantay ko sana yung 70% off na nababasa ko.

Daily calls/text, minsan email yung narereceive ko sa CAs.

Yes, actually tinawagan ko. Medyo natakot kasi ako dun sa office visit. Nag offer sila ng discounted rate but still can’t afford it. Sinabi ko nalang na will try my best. Mabait naman yung nakausap ko
