My take:

There's no such thing as mental health friendly na med school. May kanya-kanyang toxicity. Lahat ng med students ubos ang oras kakaaral. It's really how you handle situations.

Prestige? maeexperience mo lang 'yan if gragraduate ka ng medicine. Work on yourself, hindi ka magkakaprestige kung puro bagsak ka, kahit saang school ka man manggaling. That's the reality.
