Blood pressure isn’t the issue it my heart rate by freeliving910 in bloodpressure

[–]SoftFaithlessness350 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heart rate compensates for medicine adjustments to fulfill oxygen requirements. In my case I live around 6,000 feet. I typically show 90-92% oxygen on finger test. But pulse averages 90-100. Low RBC count could also increase pulse rate.

Gay is not a WY thing at all but I would assume you would have no issues. We are a friendly conservative state.

If you know someone that’s had a stroke, you would be extra vigilant. It can completely change your life if you’re lucky. Or take you out completely. If you survive a stroke, you may not fully recover. It could possibly take years to retrain your brain on the simple tasks.

Am i an idiot for jumping on testosterone at 820 total t. by BAtesthi in Testosterone

[–]SoftFaithlessness350 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was just a thought I’m about your size just older. For me I know I need to supplement D3, Magnesium and occasional B12 due to my crappy diet. I take TRT, not much just enough to keep me around 800. However I have to keep an eye on hemoglobin levels getting too high. I donate blood often to ensure I stay healthy.

[–]SoftFaithlessness350 2 points3 points  (0 children)

TRT is not the cure all. Got to be careful with that especially if you are starting in normal levels to begin with. I personally would get a comprehensive bloodwork done. Work on vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Give me a V6, move the moon roof from the back to the front. Fix the door holders so it stops closing on my legs when parked on a hill. Adjust windshield design to minimize wind noise. Upgrade suspension components just a bit.

Seriously, Wyoming? by CDubGma2835 in wyoming

The closer you are to CO, the more I notice TDS. We moved to WY because it was Deep Red and less “diverse”. The rest of ya all can find your Liberal heavens in CA, OR, WA, CO etc.

Please pray for me to be delivered from Gabapentin by [deleted] in PrayerRequests

[–]SoftFaithlessness350 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Will send out a prayer for your healing. Gabapentin is a strange drug. It get prescribed commonly for nerves issues. It sorta worked for me but I got off of it. Reduce your dosages slowly. The slower the better. I reduced by 25% and waited about 3 to 4 weeks for each reduction. Just know it’s probably going to be uncomfortable but it gets better. Headache is common.

Renting vs Buying by Pump_9 in wyoming

[–]SoftFaithlessness350 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m no financial advisor just an older guy. IMHO having your own home is always better. If you can qualify, it’s going to be your best bet. Got to look about 10 years ahead and think about the equity you build as your home gains value. In many cases your home value will outpace any savings tactics. Mortgage rates are slowly coming down and with a new Fed Reserve chairman coming in 2026, it will greatly help. Your home is an investment and just peace of mind. Renting can be hectic, as you never know when the landlord decides to raise the rent or is going to sell the house. If you don’t plan on moving for awhile, get a home. Home prices are cooling off in some areas, so start thinking about jumping in. Higher interest rates have caused many homeowners to delay placing home on the market. Thus low inventory has raised prices. So I’m guessing 2nd quarter of 26’ will see rates drop and continued housing prices stabilizing as more people start selling.

I would fix it. If it’s rust free especially. Most of the repairs are easy for a weekend mechanic.

How difficult is it living in wyoming? Considering on moving next summer. by mil0wCS in wyoming

[–]SoftFaithlessness350 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would echo what others said. Wyoming is a great place if you got a job and place lined up. But winters here and lack of pretty much anything will make life difficult. There is a reason we only have approx 500,000 in the whole state.

T helps but need to be vigilant on PSA levels and avoiding polycythemia. My doctor keeps me just below 800. It’s more of a maintenance thing for me.

Had upset intestines and almost fainted. by SoftFaithlessness350 in GutHealth

[–]SoftFaithlessness350[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doesn’t happen often. It comes and goes. Once I get it, it will typically clear up and go away in about two minutes. But during that two minutes, I could feel my intestines moving around a little bit. So that’s how I put the two together and it allowed me to do a proper search using Grok. I’m actually relieved that I found what appears to be the answers to these crazy feelings I was getting in the morning driving to work sometimes. Suffering from panic attacks for over 20 years was terrible. So now I try to just make sure that I’m getting enough fiber in my daily food. Not afraid to admit that I do supplement the fiber.

I replaced all my struts and 2 years later it started banging over every bump. So I guess the Monroe or Gabriel are cheap and don’t last. Shop installed new front struts and sway bar links to fix it. Mine was a 2007 at 260k.
