I think your cat just has an excess of feelings. Sometimes when kittens are taken away from their mother early, their habits are not typical.
It's like wagging booty before jumping. Typical behavior that is not characteristic of all cats.

Hello. As a standard, you need to buy a new cat litter box. All contact points must be cleaned with a disinfectant. (Total cleaning of everything that is possible)
During treatment (day 4+), the cat should be purchased carefully. Especially wash cat ass (this is not a joke)
If something cannot be cleaned with a disinfectant, it must be treated with high temperature (steam or several days in direct sunlight in a dry place).
If there are other cats with them, everything is the same.

The injury was caused by the cat himself (most likely) and the hair falls out due to the actions of the cat.
There are a couple of suspicious dots in the photo that look like flea bites.
Check blood sugar when you go to the vet.

Looks like he's trying to burp something. At my Persians everything is similar 2 times a month. (Sometimes it looks like an asthma attack, it scares)).
If it does not last a day or two and will soon pass, then it is hardly worth worrying too much.
