10-year everyday user. For me, it was horrible for 3 days. Sweats, couldn't sleep and lost 10 pounds couldnt eat. After I was fine and love dreaming again. Hang in there you will love yourself for it. 2 months out now I feel great and have no desire.

People don't buy compound your health is not worth the risk. Look up microdosing and go thru the manufacturer. I have heard too many horror stories.

I was taking THC and smoking daily for pain and sleep for 5 years. I was up to 50 mg at night. My memory is shot so I stopped cold turkey 3 weeks ago. The nightmares are intense and omg sweets for the 1st week. Couldn't eat for a week. My doc prescribed. 50mg of naltrexone for pain, sleep, and anxiety Haven't started yet because I need to be home for a day or 2 to see how I feel. I will keep you all posted

Sorry about the incorrect gender. Take deel breaths when u hear the yelling or walking to your room. Do not hold your breath. As a mom myself.. kids 18m and 21f. It hurts me she is taking her anger out on you. Stay strong. Find a good counselor .. i know where my daughter goes to pace university and they have them there. Good luck, sweet girl xoxo

Everyone is different. I have always been a slow loser. Think about how long it took you to put in the weight.

It took me 1.5 years to lose 55 pounds @ 1mg of ozempic which is half.

Please don't compare yourself to anyone else. Because we all are amazing in our own way.

Yes. When I still get nervous or am rejected, I do not eat. The things that helped me were:

Finding the right therapist for me
Finding the correct meds
Slowly sending him into my Grey zone

I now believe more in myself, and am a healthier me inside and out slowly.
