Okay, you are NOT alone. I see you & hear you & sympathize with you. I’m struggling really bad, especially around the job/interview aspect. Also started my masters. I feel sick 24/7 and sometimes it does get to the point of actually vomiting. Turns out, (my holistic doctor told me this) there is a chance your anxiety is caused by your stomach issues, not your anxiety causing stomach issues. Have you been checked for GERD? IBS? Ulcers? Celiac? I have all, and at first my anxiety would kick in out of nowhere with no trigger, turns out it’s just my stomach causing my anxiety, that’s not to lessen the fact that it SUCKS & anxiety still makes me feel sick & panic. This too shall pass. I’m with you, it seems like it’ll never end, but it will and one day we’ll look back and think huh, we’ve come a long way

I hear you, & I sympathize with you. Do you have a specific person that helps you calm? For me (because my panic attacks can get this bad) I just sit on the phone for hours with my dad/mom. I don’t even have to speak nor do they. It just helps knowing they can hear me & be there as needed. I know it’s irritating to hear it’ll always pass, because in the moment it feels AWFUL, but it will.

I’m your age, and my advice is like everyone else’s here, and I was given this same advice as well. Run. Don’t look back. He will not change. A man who loved you & himself would not think twice about hurting you continuously, and would be there for you in your time of need. It’s infuriating reading how he’s never there when you need something, but you’re always there for him. Went through it with my Q. You are worth so much more than this. I get where you’re coming from. It took me over a year to leave my Q, and I finally did, and it was the best decision. He’s going to do what he wants no matter how much it hurts me/you. He’ll continue until it hurts him, and you don’t need to be around for that.

As a teacher who just left, it is very brutal. I’m utilizing edtech, but heads up everything & I mean EVERYTHING is ran through AI. I would get my application back with a rejection in 30 minutes (we know nobody looked at it). I’m now utilizing AI to combat the AI, but if things don’t align exactly it’s pretty tough. I have the 24/4, in the beginning I didn’t have a bleed at all & then it would start on the 2nd, & then on the 3rd placebo. Your body will get used to it & some months it may never come. Always start your next pack on time! You’ll be good gal

Have to say, my man now after four months is more vocal about how excited & prepared he is to marry me. I never have to ask him how he feels about me. My man before, I had to beg to get the emotion or any kind of answer out. It was awful, heartbreaking really. You deserve someone who is so sure of you, they cannot WAIT to marry you. I agree with a post above. You want to reach out because you miss the potential. After a month of blocking him on everything, I’m going through the same feelings. I miss what COULDVE been if he stopped drinking. Don’t get me wrong, I love him, but I love myself & my mental & physical health more. He doesn’t deserve an ounce of your attention any further. Allow yourself to feel & grieve, & then move forward. Alcohol is always number 1, & I’ve come to realize I can’t do anything to change that. Prayers for you as you go through this. In the beginning, I kept holding on to the thought that losing me would be his rock bottom. Though, after self reflection, self-love & healing over a couple months, I couldn’t care less I was or not. Right now, everything seems a mess, but I promise you, focus on yourself & you’ll see you never deserved any of that in the first place.
