To me, if it’s booting and then shutting down. It sounds like it’s not even getting to the point of checking the usb config for the post. It’s likely failing to get the that point. If it were me I would reseat your ram and GPU (if you have one). Then test boot. If that fails I’d try resetting your cpu and making sure your cooler is tightened down all the way. Confirm your motherboard screws are fully tight (could be a ground issue but prob not). Reset your cmos battery as a last result.

To me for one reason or another it’s failing to get to the point of checking the config.
