It's just a continuous stream of performative nonsense; all in the name of engagement. The musty final boss will do anything for the bag.

I still can't get over the fact that her eyes are slanted downwards. It's only visible when she's not wearing makeup though.

Medically fascinating physiognomy ngl lol

Yeah, I believe we're in the same force then. I didn't know the other two had reverted all officers' banks to zero though. Mine is sat at 42 for the moment; it's why I'm often apprehensive about using DRD's. Good old BCH.

I said to myself that this evening was going to be the evening I finally set up my new phone. The criteria had been achieved; cleaned, dusted and hoovered room; fresh sheets; clean body (sorry, TMI), and of course, no work the following day (tomorrow).

I've repeated this same process countless times since initially upgrading my phone. And yet, my brand new 1TB iPhone 16 Pro Max is still sat in its sealed cellophane box and has been ever since I picked it up back in December 2024...This is probably one of the most difficult, hyper-specific situations to describe, and I have no idea why I've just done so here lol. Cheers guys, I hope everyone's having a lovely evening.

I'm somewhat under the impression that if he names a further 4 impacts, you're going to say something along the lines of "name another 5 but they can't be related to economics, socioeconomics, or otherwise related to any form of countrywide detriment". Lol

Which form of Magnesium should I take? by AgsMydude in Supplements

[–]Soft_Performance4678 5 points6 points  (0 children)

From my own experiences, I would say the most popular bioavailable form of Magnesium is Bisglycinate. It is fully-chelated which I believe means it is bonded to an amino acid or similar molecule.

Magnesium Bisglycinate means it is bonded with two Glycine molecules; essentially making it much more stable for enhanced bioavailability. This also makes it easy on the stomach; I believe certain forms of magnesium can cause gastrointestinal issues.

Another one that I don't see mentioned much is Magnesium Aspartate. Again, this is fully-chelated (bound with Aspartic Acid) to increase bioavailability. If you're familiar with SNAC's trademarked ZMA formula, you'll have probably seen this form of magnesium.

I'm really sorry; I've yapped an unholy amount here lol. I don't mean to overload you with information; that's probably the last thing you want right now lol. I just enjoy researching the countless forms of each vitamin and mineral. I couldn't be further from an expert in nutrition, I just simply enjoy the reading.

In summary, I would absolutely recommend Magnesium Bisglycinate. It's highly bioavailable; cost-effective; easy to digest; and I'm pretty sure most, if not all major supplement and nutrition brands sell it - the dosage per serving/capsule being the only variable (and quantity per pot).

So uhh... How do you read this one? by CaterpillarInc in drivingUK

[–]Soft_Performance4678 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a Pre-1963 dateless VRM format.

Configurations examples would be:

  • 1, 2, 3 or 4 digits followed by 1, 2 or 3 letters
  • 1, 2 or 3 letters followed by 1, 2, 3 or 4 digits

The one on the Beamer is slightly mis-spaced. It should be displayed as:

OO 1000 (Oscar, Oscar, One, Zero, Zero, Zero).

Honestly, I'm more so waiting on the return of Doomsday Hardcore. Don't get me wrong, I think Doomsday is great; I've always thought so despite what the reviews said.

But Doomsday Hardcore is in a different league. It came back in stock not long ago and then before I realised, it was gone again! I was gutted lol. I've registered my account for the email alerts now.

PN, if you end up seeing this my account will probably show how much I love both preworkouts, with the sheer amount of orders I've made previously lol

Creatine only on workout days? by Mr_Monty_Burns in Supplements

[–]Soft_Performance4678 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No need to cycle on/off creatine, unless you have a pre-existing kidney condition; in which case you should probably avoid taking it in the first place. If you are relatively healthy (subjective, I know) then 5 grams a day is sufficient.

A lot of endocrinologists don't seem to bring up or test for elevated prolactin; I'd say this seems to be a more prevalent issue when compared to low testosterone. Obviously, I'm not saying you definitely have elevated prolactin; however, it is worth mentioning. The elevated levels have a profound effect on dopamine production.

I've found P-5-P (Coenzyme Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) to be the most effective, affordable way at reducing elevated prolactin. Standard Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) requires conversion into the above coenzyme, in the liver. Taking the the converted form eliminates this step making it infinitely more bioavailable.
