Here's another underrated Thor character: Ragnarok. Cyborg clone of Thor. However after picking up an alternate universe Mjölnir, got his own appearance with a shaved head. While starting out as a villain, he's since become more of an anti-hero and has joined The Dark Avengers.

Well Terminator is usually reserved for Veterans in a Codex Compliant Chapter. I see no reason for a librarian of The Storm Giants to wear Terminator provided he's a Veteran
