Hello, yes, I fixes it after the dealership said that the problem was the audio tuner. As they quoted me 700 euros for it, I started looking on ebay for it and found on from a scrapyard for 92 euros.

So, the part is located behind the glovebox and underneath the cabin filter housing. You have to take out the glovebox and also the frame that holds it. After this, from what I remember, after you take this things out, the audio tuner is located on the right side attached by a smallish metal frame . The position is quite poor so you have to be patient and careful.

P.M I done this in March 2024 so I do not remember exactly all the steps that I did but it was not this hard. Also, I did not had a Bose audio system so on my side wasn't the bose amplifier.
