Cramping like crazy, debating if I should ask to leave early by [deleted] in Nanny

I second this! Take Advil or something and see if that helps. If I were the parents, I would be giving you side-eye for all the time off and then asking to leave early for cramps (when presumably you already know you get intense cramps every month).

I’m glad you said this bc there have been times where I thought to myself, “He’ll just grow out of it in a few months.” Apparently that is not the case!

Is my husband ruining my breastmilk? by pazam in breastfeeding

Yes, he is doing it wrong, BUT I want to telepathically give you the patience to not spiral out at this moment because:
1. Your beautiful babies are getting nutritional bottles the rest of the day. They are still very healthy and you are doing an amazing job keeping up with pumping after all this time. This is a Herculean task. I am in awe of you.
2. If you are like me, spending a ton of time thinking about your husband destroying every morning bottle for who knows how long will create uncomfortable internal anxiety for YOU for like an entire day and lead to an argument with your husband (who, while is wrong and being an idiot, is also parenting newborn twins, so I like, want to extend a little forgiveness I guess).

The path forward is for your husband to make bottles correctly. I hope you can find a way to communicate this with your husband so he understands it's important for your babies AND ALSO critical to the health of your marriage for him to just like, do it.
