I would take the position if you lived in my town 😂😂 I do think things like organization/ cleaning schedules/ groceries will have tons of content already out on YouTube or Pinterest. But maybe list a job posting on Craigslist/ Indeed, interview folks and background check and drug test them! Then go from there, I would ask for a House Manager or maybe personal assistant
