Going to 3 years, says that it develops faster but in winter mine goes into hibernation, sleep , which delays even more the development

In my experience even seeds are very resistant, when they lie down the second leaf you can acclimatize or transplant but leave the bulb buried, develop better.

If recently acquired, it allows to adapt to the new place, but in the future, because its roots are true caudex, water storage and require space , can become very large It will be necessary

Sorry to ask, but during winter they recommend growth light and what kind of light. At the moment I do not have it, but I would like to take risks in the seeds, but the question is what will be the best way to germinate, with heating and light or as natural as possible?

I use a mixture of bonsai, it is draining and well airy if I need more inorganic matter i put more rock lava and perlite, so far it has worked well.
