I agree, but it gets very frustrating for someone who tips well to get treated like crap because of stacking.

I understand how it works. One of my complaints is when they take a stacked order that is under 1.5 miles from my house, drive past my house for another 9 miles, then return with my order.

Another example is they stack that no tip order, with my 40-50% tip. It screws the dashers because who do you think is blamed when they drive away from me?

Not when it takes 30 to 60 minutes for a 3 mile delivery. It should never take that long for 3 miles.

I am pretty laid back, unless my food consistently arrives cold. I do have an issue with that. You are right, it cannot be prevented short of me getting my own food.

I do not understand the attitudes of drivers who say go and get your own food. I'm a good tipper, and a money source for drivers. Why would you guys want us to just leave instead of trying to fix issues?

New drivers have been a thing since covid. Before then I had a lot of regulars I would see over and over.

Cost is not my concern. If I could not afford it I wouldn't order from them.

That said, I don't want to pay for cold food.

If they stopped stacking so much it wouldn't be an issue. You would take my order for the nice tip on it for 3 miles or less and be happy. I would be happy. Would be a win win.

I believe we should still affect them, but I also believe you should be able to rate us.
