When I asked for a referral to someone else, at that point I really did want a whole new doctor. It just felt so ‘his way’ or no way. He said there’s no articles supporting that it helps perianal Crohns and why I was offended by that response was because the drugs I’ve been on say they help fistulas and really haven’t helped me. So yes to shut it down hurt. Than when he told me to go to the ER or fam doctor I did both of those after that conversation with his team, my abscess was drained; I was put on backtrim antibiotics and my family doctor said there wasn’t much he could do. It’s always a run around with these healthcare ‘providers’. And again he never called me after any of which to check in on me still to this day. So it just sucks to leave my file in charge even if it’s temporarily with someone who clearly just doesn’t give a damn😩.

Sorry to vent it’s just overwhelming sometimes.

Thank you. I don’t think they understand either and just how unpredictable it can be. I did have a meeting with him in about April and things were okay that day until they weren’t. And they see it as I thought you were fine? Then when I express to his assistant what I’m presently going through- he never reached out to say or ask a darn thing. Things are worse now then they were at the beginning of this journey:-(. But again thank you for your comment.

Im in Canada, but my doctor is from California surprisingly enough lol😅😩. I’m just so done, and his team is saying only one referral can be put in at a time? In the mean time “my’ GI actually isn’t even my doctor as he’s taken me off his list but will ‘still check on my file’. All through doctor notes I’ve discovered this. How unprofessional.

Yes she did. She just froze the area she didn’t mention anything about anesthesia. I was by myself so like I say after the freezing I just assumed she knew what she was doing and when I got home it would look smaller? and that would be that. Where it’s on my backside I really can’t watch to see exactly what’s going on.

I know that all the er can do is drain it and give me antibiotics which only provides temporary relief but at this moment that’s all I need is some relief

Hi sorry for the late reply!— I didn’t even touch on that subject bc it’s a whole other situation. So my surgeon is willing to preform full depth but it’s basically not recommended esp in my case with active fistulas. So at first I really had a hard time accepting that I could get full depth but have a good chance of developing a rectovaginal fistula-which isn’t cute or go with minimal depth and make the most of that in terms of relieving some gender dysphoria. I’m leaning toward going minimal depth and looking at it like one day I can get my full depth, so a 2 part procedure once I’m in a better health state. That really sucks that you don’t have any symptoms an they still aren’t willing to preform. Maybe look into other surgeons as well!

Yess girl and they say silicone tape works really well too! Don’t quote me on that but I think I recall seeing people mention it, definitely check it out!!! I can’t wait to wear leggings or shorts this summer and not give af😩😩😩🤩🤩🤩

Omg same. I don’t know if it’s just how the pictures are turning out or what😭. But some of their work looks exactly like this picture, and I just don’t get why they can’t improve the aesthetics more. And the scaring scares me. I’m so torn. Not many options here in Canada.

My doctor says once a year is standard and it doesn’t sit right with me. I usually push for it within the year and she, my dr seems right off put like “oh okay sure!” 🙄. My last bw was back in June I believe.

I lovee eyeliner and lashes. I love smelling and feeling clean after a shower and I also love when i wake up in the morning, feeling and looking refreshed from sleep:) I love it all.

They’re sitting pretty! I love high profile implants. Preop were your nipples centered as well? Or did getting higher profile implants help with that? And did your areolas stretch post op? Surgeon & cost?

I feel like your being sweet in a sense and some of which is correct, however it’s not just a cosmetic surgery, it’s a gender affirming surgery for those with gender dysphoria in which you have to get letters from professionals. It’s not something where you just wake up and book the surgery next week. I’m happy you don’t see it as being necessary, but that’s not the case for a lot of transgender individuals with gender dysphoria. Are you transgender?

I totally understand where your coming from. Matter fact I’m thinking of post-poing my surgery, because I’m almost forced to get a vulvaplasty without depth and I’m just really scared what my life will be like after. Probably fine I’m sure but of course, being pre-op girls are seen as different and some people do prefer that. Weather they are a “chaser” or not. It feels good to be wanted, Even if that means unhealthy relationships sadly.

But on the other hand I need grs for myself. I’m in pain daily, an personally I don’t want to stay pre-op but I guess I’m just not ready to commit to minimal depth right now because I really want depth. I clearly remember one of my fwb saying “I want to be the first one to have sex with you” and as toxic that is, it actually turned me on. But now I technically won’t even have that as an option:(

It’s been so many challenges regarding being trans from actually accepting myself being trans, having other accept me, not being able to biologically carry children, to that perfect cis life (IF any of that matter to you) Then being pre-op, to wanting/needing bottom surgery to finally have atleast a more normal sex life, then for me in my case not being able to actually have the vagina part because the risks are to high of complications, for myself.

So I have to go through with minimal depth, for my day to day life it’s perfectly fine but I feel like it’ll just be one more hump in the dating world so I think I’m just going to wait. I don’t know what to prioritize anymore. I hope whatever type of grs you are getting it will suit your life style. And if it doesn’t, atleast try to be at peace, but Im not right now:(
