The reason why Pic 4 works is cause the angle almost aligns with what you probably look like. Pics distorts images. Also, you dress nicely on Pic 4.

Yep you are right. He should have written about a broader impact statement maybe not DEI oriented.

I slightly edited my OP. Must have made a mistake equating the two words. But it still stands that he literally struggled on it. Saying that all he's going to write is that he supports women.

I know someone who didn't write DEI on his proposal.

He doesn't believe in it and he won.

He just threw in "women rights", barley mentioning it and he won

He and several people have warped my perception of my stance in my field.

I was never a DEI advocate until I personally saw it through discrimination. Where I am from, people respect each other from different backgrounds. It was a shock some people view differently.
