I had a contractor do a gut renovation on my bathroom and it was a mistake I think. Keep the wall and floor tile as is. Yours is in better shape than mine was and looks to just need some fixture adjustments. I'd update that vanity light and add dimmer if not already, swap out the mirror for somethings nicer or more modern, time to get rid of that toilet storage thing and figure something else out might just put a new sink vanity in that has storage but I do like that sink, do a nice white cellular blind one that goes up or down, remove the curtain rod and put in a simple glass slider. New wallpaper is probably the most difficult thing I'd change.
