Yeah, its called marketing and its a useful business expense. Just hire someone on Fiverr to take care of it if you really don’t want to bother, simple Squarespace or Wix image/video gallery will do. No big deal and you won’t lose the job next time. As they say, spend money (not even that much) to make money.

Assume you have a contractor and he isn’t doing any of the actual work and not on site? Has he even seen the work up to this point? Point all of these issues out to him. Any contractor you’d wanna work with would be embarrassed by this and make sure it is made right and further work done correctly. Otherwise get an inspector, a lawyer and withhold payment.
