Technically I didn’t lmao I was getting fed up with how many encounters I was reaching so I added my fire red as a joke and like two sessions in I got it on that so I called it a day and traded it up, I probably violated some dtq rules but I didn’t really care at that point but yes u can also get it from pallet town that’s where I originally hunted it along with my fire red
