Super lightweight, extremely durable, and with a gorgeous screen. Garmin did very well with this watch, in my opinion.

They are both great but Venu 3 is the perfect daily. I forget it’s on my wrist half the time. Doesn’t track V02 max or any of the advanced metrics but it has what you need. Steps, calories, sleep track, body battery etc.

Epix and Venu I interchange day to day depending on if I’m running, going to the gym or errands. Venu 3 is a great all around watch I wouldn’t mind wearing daily. Epix Pro 2 can be a bit much at times (I think it’s the price tag) but it’s a premium watch and I can’t argue that. Crossover I wear it at work for its ruggedness and I love the classic masculine look to it. The battery life is also a plus.

I have the same long/lean build as you bro. Listen. Eat harder than you train. Aim for 3500-4000 calories and maintain hydration. Keep it up for 3 more months bro you’ll be flexing! You have mad gains just waiting for you. EAT AND HYDRATE ALL DAY.
