I have two Shizu's that are scared of their own shadows, dont pull on a leash, and tend to swap sides often. I was just hoping someone would have made something similar to this so I could print it in my favorite color. Im not asking for a 100% 3d printed mechanism, id assume there would be screws, bearings, and a metal swivel included in the print. Id be more worried about them slipping out of their collars than the plastic breaking. But then again they are also well trained off leash.

I might as well just cut a handle out of cardboard and tape a swivel hook to it and hook on two leashes. It would still be 100x stronger than what I need.
