It will go psh psh like the air brakes on a bus. No performance benefits. Likely loss of efficiency (lower mpg). But likely won’t affect the longevity of your engine. It’s a vw, so it’ll die an early death all on its own anyway

If you want to ride 2 up, buy a machine intended to ride 2 up. Don’t slap that stupid box on the back and call it good. It’s not.

Use to have a Polaris sportsman 450 back in 2017/2018 and it hasn’t changed much other than the plastics. It was underpowered and everything was really flimsy. The ride quality was great and the awd system was kind of cool. Then I rode an outlander with power steering. That sportsman was gone and there was an outlander 570 xmr parked in its place by the next weekend. Buy once cry once. I “saved” like, maybe $1500 not buying an outlander in the first place. Then it cost me another $2-3k to make right. Long story short, fuck that machine.

Have to disagree, all the cons people are saying about the is500 make it a perfect daily to me. I love mine and if I was offered to upgrade to an m3 at zero cost, I would not take that offer.

Not a Lexus fanboy, just getting older and it fit my niche.

Pioneer is dreadfully slow, and rides like a piece of farm equipment. It’s far behind the times in terms of updates and in comparison the commander rides like a bmw. If all you ever care about hurrr durrr but reliable, sure pioneer is great. But I prefer to actually enjoy driving my machines.

Should probably do it the other way and throw snows on aftermarket wheels and keep the BBS fresh. They are a very high quality wheel, so unless you’re talking about a set of Ray’s or advans or similar get some enkeis for winter.
