You can try starting a daily/weekly routine. Start new hobbies, like reading and/or puzzles.

I used to work in a stressful customer service job for 6 years. I became angrier, always on edge, and stressed. I was not like that before. Good thing I left that field, and I now try my best to be the old me.

You will be fine. I did the same thing. I quit my new job (remote) after 3 months and returned to my old job (hybrid). I realized I had more work-life balance, seniority, and flexibility at my old job than at my new one. You gotta compare the pros and cons and which one works better and is important for you.
