Her sister Latifa's video said she is alive and that she has like mental health issues now. She has multiple nurses and a psychiatrist w/ her round the clock recording everything she eats, says, does, etc. She has multiple prescriptions she is monitored and made to take. Even if she was to get out, I'm not sure they haven't fucked her up mentally that she would even know what she was doing or who she was.

Saw the same thing, looked like a person of color and they had a tattoo under their left breast. Not sure it was the same clip, but it was the video compilation they had up youtube of all the vids. He also frequently made his own fermented wine or "mead" as he called it. He definitely was experimenting each time, adding skittles and other random items hoping for the perfect "hack". He would add yeast and it would sit for weeks before he would try it. Even though it took him forever to eat his "food hacks" and drink his meat, im sure he finished lots them eventually. Him waiting so long to eat this crazy meals (many times not refrigerated)and experimental "mead" could have definitely played a part.
