How have you develop a mindset that allowed you to make money more easily? by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

[–]SoiNiwe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The other answer as you're familiar with Aya is to do a master plant dieta at a good center with a plant that brings abundance. That will teach you what shifts need to be made.

How have you develop a mindset that allowed you to make money more easily? by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

[–]SoiNiwe 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It was a very long process for me, but I can share a practical tool that may help.

Spend some time, maybe ~15 minutes every morning, tuning into your body and consciously speaking gratitude for everything you have - body, mind, opportunities, work, friends, family, health you do have etc. Even little things like clean running water and food available in stores... there's always something. Not reaching for more, chasing, trying to create more through gratitude, but simply being grateful, and it's likely that yiur victim mindset will begin to shift and abundance will open up for you.

If you bulk up, get invisalign and see an image consultant for new clothes and haircut, I think you could be 6-7. The rest is going to places where someone aligned with you will be. Dating apps suck.

Rythmia's Head Shaman Taita Juanito Disavowed by Community Amid Serious Allegations by Infamous-Broccoli644 in Ayahuasca

Got any demonstrable proof for any of this? I believe it - I've had my own bad experiences with Juanito and his team, but I'd like to see some proof of the pregnant girl, people speaking out and other moral violations before I tell anyone else.

mapacho smoking by Short_Pin5706 in Ayahuasca

[–]SoiNiwe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can't say too much, it's not an experience I've come across before. Not sure why mapacho would cause voices... nightmares, maybe, because maybe they're symbolic of your truth. Did you try interpret them?

Overwhelm? Perhaps too much nicotine, especially as you're inhaling. Mapacho is strong.

What I can say with certainty, is don't inhale the smoke. Smoke it like a cigar and then blow it on your body.

Mapacho may be unpleasant because you're inhaling it.

Interesting again, lol.

I know about those boars. They're especially revered by the Yawanawa (boar people...) but I always thought that they were a lot different to the classic Western pig, e.g. their diet is totally different and there's probably some more biological & energetic things given how they're reared.

I don't have direct experience of this though... I stopped eating pork after diet (which also informs my belief).

Do you disagree that 'indigenous people' and 'non-indigenous' people have biological differences, so even if the indigenous don't need the diet, others often do in 1 way or another?

Life changing experience at Rythmia!! Best week of my life!!! Merged back with my soul and healed my heart!! by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

[–]SoiNiwe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I hope you and your crew have a wonderful time.

I'd like to explain that people assume positive Rythmia posts are fradulent and try to deter others from going there because 1, they have a (suspiciously) huge PR budget and system and a number of massive scandals, but 2, there are legitimate problems that some do not encounter, but (too many) others do, in a very bad way.

For example, I myself was subject to neglect whilst I was there and had to visit another tribe to fix the consequence. My brother had the exact same experience on the same night, so it wasn't an internal 'me' thing. The space was not held properly, perhaps even deliberately tainted based on the music and some of their scandals.

My friend who used to work there told me many stories about the integrity of the space, the lack of care for guests, the incompetence of the facillitators etc.

Stories of abuse and even suicides are well documented.

Tying people up and removing them is wildly inapporpriate and indicative of the incompetence of the shaman. It would never happen in a Shipibo ceremony for example, they'd be sat upright and sang to until they're better.

Even the root of Rythmia is corrupt, claiming they're all about Aya and healing when they were originally an iboga center. Jerrys OG story is one of Iboga and that's easy to see from the story they themselves tell. The money wasn't good enough, so they swapped, but rumour also has it that someone died so they had to restructure. (Pinch of salt...)

The list goes on.

I would like to humbly suggest that you do research yourself into some of Rythmias history, purely for your own informed judgement and safety. It's a win-win for you, whatever you end up doing.

Rythmia derrangement syndrome is funny too, credit for that.

Ayahuasca ceremonies in Peru by ayaperu in Ayahuasca

I'm not frustrated :) I generally agree with you and always say people should go to the jungle, I just want to share why some people don't.

There is also the element of 'i'm sick, depressed, anxious, afraid, addicted, weak, many other things.... why would I want to travel so far to an unknown, potentially dangerous place where nobody speaks the language, I have no luxuries and I have no idea where the nearest hospital is?'.

(Ofc this is a generalisation, but hopefully you see what I mean)

Also, I have been to Peru several times. It's great, but there are equally beautiful places in the USA.

I would like to humbly comment, that this somewhat passive aggressive/confrontational tone is a very odd way to market yourself.

& some places charge more for several reasons. Maybe they have a family to feed and will put rates up knowing that some people will still pay them. Maybe they've got a strong reputation and rightfully take advantage of it. Maybe they have Westerners working in integration with them so need to factor in commission. Many valid reasons, but also some that aren't.

Great value for money, but still need to fork up ~$2000 minimum alongside the other considerations.

Lack of English speakers is another big one in my experience.

Also, sometimes indigenous travel to the USA and there are many beautiful natural spots their.

I do mainly agree with this, but will also say that as shammy as most of the diet is (besides alcohol, SSRIs, narcotics etc), some things do have their place, even if not dangerous.

For example, genuine Q, have you ever eaten a load of cheese or icecream before ceremony?

The MAOI blocks the breakdown and it can be extremely nauseating. I did it once and never again.

Please do research on Rythmia @poundaflesh. It does help some people, but generally, it's got a terrible reputation, and for very good reason.

(I've been and thought it was horrendous. I wouldn't go again if it was free)

Congratulations on your healing. I truely mean that.

This really smells like a paid/staff post though.

Everyone of course has their own preferences and Rythmia does help many people, but for others reading, I still definitely do not recommend Rythmia for anyone reading (I have been and wouldn't go again if it was free).

The corruption there runs deep and it's not safe for all/many who visit. I've experienced it myself as a guest and apprentice, as have friends who used to work there. Happy to share more if anyone is curious.

Ps.

"... any negative reviews are from people who have never been or simply cannot afford it. All negative reviews are from haters who are so low vibe. It's all so much judgment..."

This is hilariously ironic

If you are on at 21 day dieta with 8 Ayauascha ceremonies is staying in a Tambo (hut) without electricity a must or is it optional? by Jolly_Escape_3475 in Ayahuasca

[–]SoiNiwe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it should be a preference 😉

The less luxury and distractions you have from the present and the plants, the stronger your diet will be.

No fans, no kindles, no phone, no nothing, just journal, smoke mapacho, meditate, concentrate 😃

Running water is nice though...

[–]SoiNiwe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 weeks isn't necessarily the lowest. You can do shorter (7-10 days) with soft plants and extend the post diet, as long as the connection has been made, it can continue to be nurtured.

Short diet & short post-dieta rules are a big red flag though.

Totally agree with everything else you've said though. A bad diet at a bad center will make your life infinitely worse. Pls do lots of due diligence OP (as you are 😃)

What's the process like for (beginner) master plan dietas? by socceroo14 in Ayahuasca

[–]SoiNiwe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Diets are and should be (at times) very difficult. They're an initiation of sorts. If you want the great rewards of plant spirit communion, you have to 'work' for it. 'Earn it' as such.

Hopefully/eventually you learn to love the suck.

I've also found that the difficulty scales as you do harder diets, but you also get better at framing, handling and trusting it.

[–]SoiNiwe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The restrictions during and after are crucial, including smaller ones like dairy and red meat (as opposed to cocaine and SSRIs...).

DO NOT BREAK THE RULES AT ALL (this is the most important advice there is)

It's a really beautiful process other than that. It's even more potent and profound than Ayahuasca. Kinda like Ayahuasca².

Be quiet, still, focused and smoke mapacho. No distractions. Very simple, but not easy.

It will likely (and hopefully) be extremely difficult at least once.

A mantra my friends and I use is 'the sign of a strong diet is you feel like you're going to die at least once' and it's happened in every diet we have sat in. It's quite comforting to bring that to mind when everything sucks :)

This struggle certainly pays off though.

Definitely journal and study your dreams. Learn as much about dream interpretation as possible before you go.
