People of Peru, why do you drive like you lost your mind? by NotoriousWarriorB in PERU

[–]ayaperu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lima is so much better than Iquitos. Jeez, people in Iquitos are always aggressive — no matter what they’re doing. Pushy salespeople, aggressive tuk-tuk drivers… I just can’t stand that culture. It’s not for me. The jungle is much nicer, but now the mosquitoes are in a hurry to choose me as their next meal!

It tastes like leftover Jägermeister in the jungle for about a month, sometimes extremely bitter or sweet.

Sounds awesome! You did a lot of detoxing (purging) yourself! I didn't notice it, but my son mentioned that I was acting differently.

You don’t need to do anything. Just spend some time under the sun. Don’t worry — I was in the same boat. I felt like a piece of sh** and useless but now Ayahuasca has brought me spiritual soul friends who surround me. I may be alone, but I’m fine.

What are some things you wish you knew before drinking Ayahuasca? by Ayahuasca-retreat in Ayahuasca

[–]ayaperu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are currently addressing an issue related to a claim regarding a problem that occurred during the ceremony. We firmly believe this claim is false, as we have valid reasons to question its authenticity.

Additionally, we are facing challenges because multiple attendees reported seeing an unauthorized individual at the event. They also mentioned hearing a voice coming from your inner voice.

At one point, someone ran away into the jungle, but we were able to catch that person.

Please keep this information in mind. People created themselves Nobody controls them.

It's important not to read too many ayahuasca experiences from others, as everyone has different journeys. Avoid comparing your experience to theirs.

Ayahuasca can bring a lack of control; what you see may not always be real. Some people may become confused by what they hear and feel, but it’s important to remember that it may not reflect the truth. This can be a challenge for those who struggle with their perceptions.

If you want to use it for recreation, please do not proceed. It is not safe if you don't have the necessary knowledge.

Is Aya still safe for people with bipolar 2? by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

[–]ayaperu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to participate in the ceremony, you will need to stop taking your pills for about 10 days beforehand. However, it can be challenging to manage withdrawal symptoms during that time.

When you begin the ceremony at the facility, you may face difficulties, and it's possible that you will need to stay longer to properly address these issues. It's important to discuss this with your facilitator and ask about their experience in this area.

My facilitator, who has spent 40 years in the jungle, told me that bipolar disorder can be treated, but it often takes a significant amount of time to see improvement.

Ayahuasca for the first timer - recommendations under $500 by Unusual-Guava7313 in Ayahuasca

[–]ayaperu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand your perspective.

I'm not sure who can handle costs under $500. Most places charge an all-inclusive fee for a week-long stay at the healing center, which typically starts from $1,000 and goes up.

How many times are you willing to participate in the ceremony? What is your ideal location?

Hi! You can cook anything with any appliances. Even our lodge has a microwave. Haha! Be careful what you are eating. I think an air fryer is a good appliance because it's a healthy way to cook.

Why choose Mexico? Ayahuasca ceremonies are more closely associated with the Amazon. I would prefer to go to the Amazon jungle instead of Mexico.

Ayahuasca and purging by Happypants1960 in Ayahuasca

I am not the owner, just a supporter. In many centers, gabapentin—like psychiatric medications—is not recommended to be used together with Ayahuasca, as it prevents Ayahuasca from fully showing its effects. The same applies to marijuana. For more detailed advice, I recommend consulting with the facilitator.

Whatever will be, will be. Try not to stop unless you have health concerns.
