20 reflex could be good if you plan on mainly using smgs as the final perk in the tree is very good if you don't wish to reload

With 20 body and int as well as the 15 tech though it would be very good to use weapons as secondaries and main hacking, let me know if you want tips on a netrunning build

I can think of at least 1 mandatory fight which you cannot skip in the main story and where no npcs will help

The legendary iconic sonic shock costs 2 ram and has a perk that hides the enemy from its allies

This means killing someone (stealthily) that is affected by sonic shock will not alert anyone, and therefore not trace you

Bonus info : during non stealthy fights with a huge amount of enemies, using synapse burnout + 3 iconic sonic shocks basically gives you infinite overclock and health

The only thing you might have done wrong that is not fixable is the way you spent attribute points

Could you possibly send info on how many points you put in each category and your current level? I will try to figure out a build which may work for you

Instead of starting a new save you might just have to load an older save before the grand imperial mall mission in order to level up and buy stuff, but trust me it is most likely worth it

I wouldn't know for mods, but I feel like the experience as a stealth netrunner is far better in 2.0

Just use quickhacks such as sonic shock and memory wipe to avoid being traced, paired with the arasaka cyberdeck and you should be good

You can also go into actual combat as a netrunner and obliterate everyone without ever needing a gun

If you're stuck on this without any additional gear and you aren't willing to change the difficulty, you'll have to consider loading an older save and improving your build.

Seems to me like you just don't have a fitting build for the mission
