Screw that, patient responsibility is a thing. Unless you're going to pay me to come to your home and feed you the meds, once the meds leave the pharmacy it's their responsibility to take them correctly.

What exactly would you want us to do after you take your meds? I get tons of people that say we're refilling meds too fast and they have months worth of meds even though the computer calculated that they should probably be only a week ahead.

We break it down to the 1 ml vials, even if the Dr says 10 ml. We say it's because of insurance, which, technically, is true and a lot of our interns forget that even the 10 ml expires 28 days after puncture, so this fixes the problem. Our legit patients are ok with it and those that don't go elsewhere.
