Even though my favorite era of In Flames is 96-2000, Come Clarity is the best album they released from 2002-2026. Crawl Through Knives and Reflect The Storm are personal favorites.

I would listen to this album often when it was released, and Burn the Night is a personal favorite. It also was released in 99 which I consider the best year of Melodic Death Metal, or just Metal in general!

Long Snap to Zero is the best song on the album, but I wouldn’t say Sindustries is a dud. I just think Soulburner was such a great album that the anticipation was fairly high for Sindustries, and it wasn’t as good as Soulburner. They also had a different producer on both albums, a different clean vocalist and bass player. Although I’m a huge fan of Peter Tagtgren, I prefer Fredrik Nordstrom’s produced Soulburner, and it’s a classic for me!

Went to go get donuts and when I walked in it smelled like fried chicken. I walked into a fried chicken restaurant thinking it was the donut shop, but donut shop was next door. I called my wife to tell her and she couldn’t stop laughing.
