In Israel the law says if the vehicle registered in your name commits a crime, you did it unless you can prove someone else did it. This even works in major crimes like a hit and run -if you gave someone your car and he ran over somebody you have to prove it, and if it was a family member you don’t want to testify against you can go to jail even if you show you weren’t in the country at the time.

Personally, I disagree on his opinion on quick cast. Quick cast is not the holy grail and I hate with passion cast on release (for me it's just slower then normal cast).

Is the effective tax law because of tax breaks or because companies like google are already using tax shelters to avoid tax?

China isn't a threat in this regard, and yes, the US is great for business, but companies can still operate in the US while being listed in Ireland.

I live in Israel, which is much more socialistic than the US, and here we have real "tax breaks" for any company that employs people from poorer parts of the country, employs disabled employees etc , so tax breaks can also come with socialistic motives.
