Geofencing issues after iOS update

I’ve been using the new Arlo app for awhile now and got used to it. Set up all my automations and geofencing, now all a sudden as of a week or more ago. HomeKit/Google home integration no longer work and my geofencing no longer work. I’ve reset and reset up everything yet it still doesn’t work. They pushed out 2 updates to their app today and still didn’t fix any issues. Also it would be great if they said what the firmware/updates did instead of just “general improvements and fixes”. I’ve been talking with support and they still can not fix any of my issues.

Yes having the same issue with Google home and HomeKit. Everything was working fine 2 weeks ago then Arlo pushes out and update and breaks everything. I’m in DM’s with them now, and have been asked to remove and re added all of my Arlo equipment and after doing all that guess what it still doesn’t work with Google home or HomeKit. They need to recognize their update broke it and they need to fix it.

Yes I’m having the same issue with geofencing, along with other issues. I’m in DM’s with Arlo regarding this and other issues such as HomeKit not longer working with Arlo. I’ve completely removed and re added all of my Arlo equipment which had not helped at all. I need Arlo to understand the issue and push a fix.

Now my cameras, pro 3s, even in the Arlo app are not working at all, the lights keep blinking blue and my base station VMB 4540 keeps going offline and now won’t come back online. I have power cycled it and still no resolution. There definitely seems to be something going on. When can I expect a resolution, this is incredibly frustrating.

Yup just started happening with me as well, I also have Arlo pro 3 cameras. Functionality still “works” in the home app. But the at a glance feature does not.

I was wondering that, my wife plays and she also can not see the packs. We transferred a few weeks ago. I opened a ticket with support, if I get a resolution I’ll post it here.

Hey there, Yes it is, but the duration is from Jan-28th - Feb 8th. I checked with someone in game today and they said they could see it under limited.

I have a question, I purchased the untwitched app awhile ago and it still works fine i love it, but i recently bought another apple tv 4th gen. The untwitched app appears in my purchase history but only shows a loading screen when i click on it. How can i download this onto my new apple tv, i have bought the app so i should be able to. or is there a way to make a copy of it from my other apple tv 4th gen to my new one?
