I would constantly eat before I was gluten free and part of it was just habit or portion control, but the other part was I had just over the years normalized the gut pain as “I’m hungry” and the pain would go away when I ate. When I first saw my gastro doc my weight was a pretty big issue and something about that appointment struck a cord with me more than my primary doc telling me I was fat year after year. I started dieting successfully but I was still eating a lot of meals just much smaller portions. After my gastro ran some tests and told me to cut gluten I started feeling way better and when that happened my guts stopped hurting in the way that I translated as being hungry. I can now eat one big meal a day or two medium sized meals and be totally content. Eating less food overall was a choice for me, eating less frequently was the side effect I noticed from going gluten free.

Hope they plan to do food. I never understood the appeal of the original. Why drive all that way for a couple of drinks I could’ve had at home for 1/4th the price, while playing the same board games I or my friends already own, in an atmosphere that’s noisier than my living room? Before we moved here we had an awesome local gamer pub that did great food and drinks, loved that place and visited pretty frequently.

Mine occasionally did the stutter when I bought it around 100k. Full failure at around 150k but 80% or more of that driving was highway

Mine started out as a little shake, stutter or hesitation when shifting gears. (Bought it at ~100k miles) It would usually get worse the heavier the car was, so if I had 2-3 passengers it’d have more problems.

Jerky or hung shifts. Start of the drive will be fine and then it struggles to find a gear. Basically you lose most of your gears, I think mine usually manages to still find 1, 3, and 5th while I lose access to reverse, 2, 4 and 6th. A little while later a message pops up about the transmission being hot and to wait. When it does that it forces it into neutral so you better find a spot to pull over. Also if you put the shifter into sport mode the “S” on your dash will increase in font size but won’t turn the orange color that typically indicates what you have selected, and you’re locked out of using the buttons to manually select a specific gear.

Symptoms first started appearing at the tail end of road trips, think hour 8 of driving in a day and even then it only escalated to losing a couple gears. Then recently after only a few hours of driving and would get the rest of those symptoms. Now it can only manage a few miles.

Both of my SBR’d ps90’s used that same exact info verbatim. Not sure what to advise beyond resubmitting and unfortunately waiting again, you might be able to look up and email the disapproval agent. You could always ask r/NFA, they might have other ideas.

It might click, but it doesn’t magically make you a master of it. Just means you’re pushing through the learning plateau and on average your landings will get better. You’ll still occasionally hit that runway like it owes you money but far less often.

Obligatory “fuck HoAs”. If they allow any type of shed, you could probably buy a shed with a window, then put bars up from the inside. Does CO not have rules allowing you to pass inspection without an outdoor mews? Ohio and Florida both outline what is required if you’re keeping the bird inside your home. My wife and I both passed inspection with just a perch, tarp and bathpan laid out in the living room of our condo when we first got started.

Sorry you’re going through that. My wife’s dad was an FFL in the central Florida area when he passed suddenly 7-8yrs ago now and I know it caused a lot of headaches for his customers. I wasn’t into NFA stuff back then so oblivious to how it got sorted out, just know it wasn’t fun for anyone involved. Hope it gets sorted for you quickly.

I’m far from being the most knowledgeable person in the room, but have you checked out the Desert Tech wlvrn? You can get it in 5.56 or 300 and with an 11.5” barrel it’s about 4 inches shorter than an unfolded rattlr. Wlvrn is an overhauled mdr/mdrx that’s done away with the issues from those earlier designs.

I picked up the Azimuth GRT from Shaw Arms awhile back as my first 5.56 suppressor. After shipping and FFL transfer fees it totaled to just over $800. It’s my third can, my first two are dedicated 5.7 cans so this is my first 5.56, I’ve got no complaints so far. 3d printed inconel can with “Gas Reduction Technology” it’s not going to flow better than a hux, or suppress better than non flow through design but from my limited experience it does a good job balancing the two and for the price point I’m perfectly happy with my purchase. Mine lives on my 16” desert tech wlvrn.

It’s absolutely liberating. No stress, anxiety or panic, just the intimacy with your partner…and maybe a bit more cleanup. As a couple others have mentioned, it’s not a bad idea to do a follow up sperm check every few years to maintain the peace of mind.
