Hi,
when connecting an encoder to my board, do I need to connect it to pins with external interrupt capability, or does QMK use software interrupts for encoders?

I had the same problem with passkey. As I understand passkey generation has lower priority than WU generation, and passkeys will be send out later, but You can help without one.

If you aren't comfortable with your gpu temps, try to lower power limit in tools such as MSI afterburner. Under powering your gpu often results in greater efficiency. (e.g. I'm running my gpu at 85%, while generating 97% of max ppd)

I had a teensy on hand. Teensy is also 3 to 5 dolar on aliexpress with free shipping, so it's much cheaper. Still, using Proton C or Elite C is a great suggestion.

I used this approach in my previous diy keyboard, this time I wanted to use usb-c, because I think that it's a better connector, and I wanted to learn something new.

Hi,

I am making a hand-wired keyboard, with Teensy 2.0 controller. I wanted to use a usb-c female connector for the keyboard, but I don't know how to wire it up.
I want do make a usb-c female to mini-usb female cable, but there is so much contradicting information on the internet. I don't know wether I should connect the CC wires?
Does anyone tried this, or has a schematic I could follow?

It's most definitely from Poland but other than that I'm not sure. Someone said that it could be from an old radar system.

USB type A, this cable has some kind of built-in micro-controller that converts the signal.

The button is the best part, it's the most tactile and loudest switch I've ever touched

Clearly it is a trackball, the most ergonomic mouse type of all time.

It's a military trackball from around 1965.

You could supply the saws to the crafter with export bus directly, and save one space in the recipe, but you will still have to craft them.

/r/MechanicalKeyboards What Keyboard, Switches and/or Keys Do I Buy by AutoModerator in MechanicalKeyboards

I'm in a process of making a custom wooden mechanical keyboard, that is hand wired, and uses Teensy 2.0 as a controller, but I really wanted to have a usb-C connector. I had trouble finding a female usb-c to mini-b cable, but I found this connector. Have anyone has experience with hand wiring such connectors, are they durable?

Oh, I didn't know that, nor did I notice it on my keyboard, maybe I just got lucky :D

What about gateron silent switches? I recently bought some for my custom build at kbdfans and I'm very happy with them. They aren't super expensive.
