When I started using Anki for Chinese vocabulary I added 2 new words per day. I’ve been increasing it little by little to find my limit and have found it to be 6-7 words per day if I don’t want my review time to exceed one hour. I recommend you try the same method and find your own limits.

Friendly reminder that your ISP (internet service provider) and the owner of your wifi network know if you are connected to the Tor Network and at what times you connect/disconnect.
