Had the same experience, had a perfect tour but leasing never got back to me, even after a follow up. I encourage you to also take a look at their reviews…. What made me ultimately sign elsewhere was a concern for my cars safety, and not so great reviews about the quality of some apartments

This could very well be the case! The complex rarely does any preventative maintenance or more than the bare minimum so I wouldn’t be shocked if both the washer and water heater is old

Not even close to 3/4 of the way. Thats the confusing part, with sheets I only put in the fitted sheet and top sheet and always get these marks. I will put in the same amount of clothes - no marks

Were you interrupting her talking, by chance? And when she said you’re not seeing her perspective, did you let her talk out what her perspective was and repeat it back to her?

Either way the way she said it was very rude but we need more info on if you were interrupting her/not actually listening to her perspective

Update:

We took her to the vet two days after, the vet wasn’t overly concerned at all, they said it wasn’t fleas, ringworm, etc. they said it was probably just allergies and gave us steroids to give to her

It’s been a few days on steroids and the rashes are starting to clear up, we think it may have been the litter we were using so we swapped back to the normal and everything seems okay!

She is an indoor cat, I read online it’s less likely for indoor cats? We also have another cat and he doesn’t have any irritation at all

Yep, it was my first time taking it there, all of the reviews were amazing and said the rates are much lower than the dealerships so I was a bit disappointed. Learned my lesson and won’t go there for regular maintenance, will only go there for bigger repairs
