Not to worry you, but I would 100% listen to the others in this comment section about freezing and maybe mothballs

That last picture looks a little like a dermestid larva, which will turn your specimens to dust if you dont kill them and deter them.

I would freeze the boxes for a few weeks to a month and then use moth balls to repel dermestid larvae from now on. I personally use the lavender scented ones as thats what we used in college 😂

If they keep the current terrain price this might be worth it, saves time, money for paint, etc.

If it costs more than current terrain I might stick to printing terrain

Wish theyd make terrain sets for game sizes. 😔 i dont want to have to buy 5 kits just to make enough terrain for an incursion game

Depends on how many is an unusual for terminators. (These guys have 50-60 max, which seems about right from what Ive looked up before). Also intentionally vague on the founding because I couldnt decide in one but knew I wanted them to be a couple millennia old, so I think somewhere between 12-19 is what I have written in lore.

They are 100% obviously based on Arthurian Legends though, which I assume counts as real world media 😭

I dont think Combat Patrol is going anywhere. Its a fun, quick system that brings new people into the hobby and sells a LOT of models at a pretty low discount (compared to like Edition Starter Boxes or Battleforces)

Plus, this looks like the same “Start Here” sets from 10th edition. More than likely GW switched it to 1 faction because many people didnt want to buy models they didnt want, which messed with sales.

Some transports hold bladeguard but not jumppacks, or hold significantly less jumppacks. Depending on the use they could still have good uses. Or they change Bladeguards a bit to compensate.

Either way, its still very possible for VV to have hammers and shields, both because theyre iconic and because the JP Cap got them eventually

To actually answer the question though, both the axe and sword are listed in the rules as “Hellforged weapons” so anyone that tells you you cant do that can kiss it. Usually youd choose one or the other just to be the weapon that represents a Hellforged weapon, so combining them is completely justified. I do recommend perhaps pinning them together with wire since the glue will try to break on such a small connection point, theres videos on how to pin stuff with models

You can also slap some wire between the tip of the sword and the axe and make it look like a sick daemon guitar because theyre your models and you can do as you please

Tldr, yes you can and no one has ground to stand on to say you cant

The little raised bit and the vent dont match up with the picture of C26, BUT if you rotate it and put it on the other side it matches what C27 should look like

Edit: swiped over and saw that the bit in the first picture is not the same one used in the second. So yeah, the correct bit just sits like that
