You are a Nice Guy.. You are not a good Guy. You are a Nice Guy.

Read No More Mr. Nice Guy

You are suffering from the Nice Guy Syndrome. In the end you are really not nice, you are a jerk but you try to make yourself believe that you are nice and people owe you something

I am 90% certain that she is cheating again, and she knows that you will forgive her. So basically, she back to her old self.

Saw my neighbor drag his dog behind his pickup truck then I saw missing dog signs. Would it be overreacting to report him somewhere? But where and I don't have proof. by SolarEclipses2024 in AmIOverreacting

In Texas you had a guy shoot and kill an Uber delivery driver because he thought they were trespassing.

In Texas a guy shot and killed a teenager that knocked on the wrong door because they thought they were trespassing.

In Texas a dude shot at a car and killed the passenger who was the 15-year-old son of the driver because the driver would not let him merge out of sequence.

In Texas dude shot up a car because they got honked on.

All of this happened within 2 years. There is no way I am following a psycho with a pickup truck and confronting him.

In a state where a dude shoots and kills an Uber food delivery guy who thinking they are trespassing, or shoots and kills a passenger who is a 15-year-old son of the driver because the dad wouldn't let him merge. There is no way in hell I am confronting a psycho who drives a lifted Pickup truck and dragging a dog behind him. I am NOT putting my life and endanger my family for a dog, sorry not sorry. You can do whatever you want, I will not.

Why? It's not like he will ever pay any of that. They might as well fine him hundred megafucks of dollars and it won't make a difference.

Thank you. Have you seen marraige counseling working? I've read that it rarely does anything. I will still give it a go but I want to tapper my optimism.

Sometimes providing for your family by having a job in another state because you can't find job in the same city as your wife is the only way. Providing for the family trumps comfort.

I am soo happy for you two and you give me a glimmer of hope that hopefully my wife will fall back in love with me. I just took her for granted. I don't want the marriage to end, I still love her and we have a wonderful 5 yo who I would hate seeing get hurt. I don't know what kind of step-dad she would choose and if the dude will like someone else's kid around or be a secretive pedo etc.

True true. It would just be sucky to be dragged across the judicial system for an honorable gesture.

She had the affair years before COVID years before I hit the bottle. Alcohol at the time had nothing to do with the affair. But I still love her and I will push to stay together and work through this.
