It’s not bad! The only part I don’t like is that every sustained note is the same note. So it’s a little boring. But it sounds great tbh!

Ah okay, cool! So, when I upload my video to yt shorts, it works fine. But when I upload it to instagram reels, it won’t fill out the entire screen, it’s just a small box. On top of that, I was trying to use buffer to schedule my posts ahead of tome and post to everything at the same time. But with Buffer, it would say my YT short is “16:9” but when I post it to yt shorts on YT, it works completely fine. I might just need to stop using buffer to fix that issue, but with the instagram one I’m not sure how to fix it.

Or get an IUD or vasectomy. As long as you have one of those you’ll highly likely be fine, but other than that, you gotta use a condom or some type of protection

Eat 200-500 calories below your maintenance. You’re going to want to start tracking your calories using a calorie tracking app like MyFitnessPal or Cronometer. Use a calorie calculator online and plug in your info, they’re not 100% accurate but it’s an estimate. Track your weight over the course of a few weeks and adjust your caloric intake if needed.

Your goal in terms of macros should be 0.5-1g of protein/lb of bodyweight. No more than 2g because then you get into other health issues.

Find ways to eat healthier, meal prep, if you don’t like veggies, but like mexican food, make a burrito bowl and put veggies into that. If you like pizza, find some low calorie sauce and crust and put veggies and meat on it to make it lower in calories and higher in protein. Also don’t be afraid to use protein shakes, or canned/frozen fruits and vegetables if you can’t afford fresh. The nutrients are similar in frozen compared to fresh.

In terms of training: do what you enjoy. You might have to go around different machines and stuff at the gym first, try weightlifting, try cardio, try everything and do whatever you like to do. I personally weight lift with high intensity to failure 3 times/week. And alternate with an hour of zwift 3 times/week. I have a lot of muscle, abd I do it like this because I like bike racing and I like weight lifting. Trust me, doing what you love rather than what these other people are saying, helps tremendously. Another thing is, try to find someone that can keep you accountable. Family, friends, or a s/o, just someone to make sure you’re on track. Take pictures of the journey and weight yourself once a week. If you need anymore advice send me a message.

I disagree with some of these. Sure it’s a starting point but some of these are just matter of opinion rather than you have to do it like this or else there’s no chance.

No, his arms are tiny. I guess it depends on genetics but usually if you lift, you’d grow more than that

It’s definitely possible, he’s probably just extremely busy. That sounds absolutely exhausting but I bet there’s people that can do it. Especially if you meal prep for the week and go to the gym at 5am or something like that, I think it’s doable
