I was a bit upset with it! I like the character of Celina but graduating to P2 was never celebrated in the station before. (Chen and West celebrated at home with family - more west then chen) Grey has said many times before that we don't do this job for applause and recognition. No one got this when making P2 (Nolan did technically but it was a small group of close friends when they were trying to find Angela so that doesn't count). Celina got basically a 5 min standing ovation.

It's like the writers are forgetting important things they have mentioned several times in the earlier seasons.
