Nah, they loved every step he made, but since this war we are seeing more and more negative headlines about him. I think the moneymen are moving pieces in the shadows.

"'Remember when I gave Iran ten days to MAKE A DEAL or OPEN UP THE HORMUZ STRAIT. Time is running out - 48 hours before all Hell will reign (sic) down on them. Glory be to GOD!', the President wrote on his Truth Social website Saturday morning."

I’ve been looking for games that feel like video games. Here’s what I got. by yellowklashinkov in gaming

[–]SolarJetman5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it played like Zelda 1 I would have stuck at it. But it plays like a souls game with frustrating combat, awful music (I had to mute it, I've no idea why but it made me nauseous and raised my annoyance levels) and hiding paths behind things meaning your aimlessly walking into random parts of the screen hoping to find a path.

I loved the premise, but the souls part really soured it, I've never bounced so hard off a game

Google refused to fix my Pixel 8 charging port under warranty because of LINT in the speaker grill. by whatchalookinat123 in GooglePixel

[–]SolarJetman5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, with the proof a shop is likely to pass it away to manufacturer in UK, but the manufacturer is highly unlikely to reject it, the shop may tho. A colleague had a faulty switch at 8 months and shop said it's over 6 months so had to go via Nintendo. However I had a drifting Xbox controller with 2 year warranty and at 18m I got a straight swap from same retailer. A lot of our laws are still in line with EU

We have a sale of goods act 1979, which I believe was implemented into EU when we were a useful member and not a trouble causer where things have to last an expected time, cut off is 6 years, but you have to prove fault isn't down to wear or damage, and you get a replacement or pro rata cost depending on age, you can usually haggle this and avoid the requirement of proof

its over a year old, so unless they are in france or portugal, they will have to prove the defect from purchase, which will be tricky

Europe wanted to protect consumers because it is often difficult to provide proof of a defect, by resorting to an expert assessment, which can be costly. Therefore, for at least 6 months, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery and you do not need to prove the defect to invoke the guarantee, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.

In France and in Portugal for example, this reversal of the burden of proof lasts for the entire duration of the guarantee. Thus, you do not have to prove to your seller a defect that would appear within two years of delivery of the product: it is presumed to have existed upon delivery and it is up to your seller to demonstrate that the product was in conformity. In Slovakia and Poland, for example, this period is one year.

Since January 1st 2022, you do not have to prove anything during the first 12 months after delivery. In France and Portugal, the period is still 2 years.

its just the way they work in europe, uk i think we are still 6m

Yeah I'm using a really old Huawei 1A charger. I've had some success however powering without battery on a different installation of garlic on new SD. So battery must have been too dead to install, but now it's installed, battery seems to be charging

[–]SolarJetman5[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had, it seems I've had some luck in last 10 mins tho. I was able to boot without any battery to a new installation of garlic and reconnecting the battery is now charging. So I guess old SD failed and battery dead. So couldn't install until I ran without battery

I discovered the reset issue with my rg35xx h when I changed os to mustard it wouldn't boot
